Sõjakooli 1 is a former army barracks within the Park Tondi business quarter. Due for completion in 2025, it will be home to modern office spaces over three floors with their own entrance and red-brick walls.
There will be a large landscaped area around the building in which to play ping-pong with colleagues or simply relax and enjoy lunch on a park bench.

MAKE YOUR CHOICEArmy barracks for the artillery units stationed at Peter the Great’s Naval Fortress began to be built on land expropriated from Dunten Manor in 1915.
By 2025, these former barracks will be transformed into the modern Sõjakooli 1 office building, giving the authentic red-brick structure a completely new lease on life.
